2 Alarm Barn Fire In Lancaster (Developing; Photos) A 2-alarm fire had multiple crews on the scene in Lancaster County late on Monday morning, authorities said. The fire broke out at a barn in the 3390 block of Blue Rock Road, Manor Township around 11:45 a.m., according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. Traffic stalled the eastbound lanes of Route 30 between Route 462/Hallam and Route 462/Wrightsville due to debris from the accident at the Accomac Road overpass around 1 p.m., according to PennDOT.
