Black Woman Wanted For 'Ethnic Intimidation' Police In Central Pennsylvania Say A Black woman in central Pennsylvania was wanted on a warrant for "Ethnic Intimidation," police say.  Carlisle police obtained the warrant for Ayeisha C. Felton, 40, of Carlisle, around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, according to a release by the department. Felton was already wanted by the Cumberland County sheriff’s office after she failed to appear for her preliminary hearing for Criminal Mischief, according to a Facebook post the office made at 8 a.m. the same day.  Her hearing was for two misdemeanors for Ethnic Intimidation, Simple Assault and two summary charges for Retai…

Cumberland County Man Punches Officer In Jaw, Area Police Say A Carlisle man picked a North Middleton Township police officer. Police were called to an active trespasser at the Speedway located at 712 North Hanover Street on Thursday at approximately 6:20 p.m. Upon arrival officers found Taylor James Yoder, 21, causing a disturbance outside of the convenience store. Yoder appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance, according to police.
