Carlisle Convict Escapes Police— Again, In Enola, Authorities Say A 23-year-old convicted drug dealer and escapee has escaped from police— again, police announced on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.  Dayquawan Martaze Long was last spotted acting suspiciously at the Mcdonald's located at 425 North Enola Road around 2 a.m. on April 5, 2023, the East Pennsboro Police said.  Officers arrived and made contact with him and quickly identified him as the former convict who was wanted on "several warrants for his arrest," but as that realization was made he "fled from officers on foot," as stated in the release.  "An investigation found that Long was in pos…
