Woman Dragging Car Crash Debris Charged With BAC Above Highest Rate A woman who dragged debris from a car crash while drunk has been charged, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department. Dorlinda Ann Potteiger, 51, of Ephrata, has been charged with the highest rate of blood alcohol and DUI general impairment on Monday. Potteiger drove through an area where an unrelated crash had occurred on July, 31. Her car picked up a piece of vehicle debris from that crash and dragged it along the road, under her car, until she was stopped by police.
