Man Threatening Bail Bonds Woman Leads To 6 Hour Standoff, Pennsylvania State Police Say After a 51-year-old bail bonds woman was threatened— first with a finger gun and then a real gun— a six-hour standoff started, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. The bail bonds woman came to collect money owed at a home in the 100 block of East Yellow Breeches Road located in Dickinson Township in Cumberland County on Thursday shortly after 5 p.m., according to the release. Daniel Joseph Richardson III, 37, of Carlisle, was out of prison on bond for assaulting two members of law enforcement on Sept. 17, according to court documents.
