A contractor to the US Navy has been ousted from the US Army Reserves for his participation in the Capitol Riot on Jan. 6, according to federal officials. Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, 31, of Monmouth County -- know for his Hitler mustache -- was in federal custody in Washington, D.C. awaiting trial, according to court documents released by the US Department of Justice. A Lancaster County man who is currently running as a write-in candidate for Smokestown Judge of Elections has been charged for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot. Edward McAlanis of East Cocalico Township, has been charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds along with knowingly entering a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, according to court documents. A Pennsylvania man has been arrested by the FBI for his role in the riot at the US Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the US Department of Justice. Samuel Lazar, 35, of Ephrata, has been arrested and charged with federal offenses that include assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, among other charges.
