Christian L. Siebert Memorial Park Shooting Victim ID-ed The man who was in the parking lot of Christian L. Siebert Memorial Park has been identified, according to Camp Hill Borough police. Officers were dispatched to the park for reports of shots fired in the parking lot at 5:47 p.m. Everyone involved with the shooting fled the scene prior to the police arriving. The man who was shot has been indentified as Luis J. Rodrigues.  He drove himself to Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center with non-life threatening gun shot wounds shortly after police arrived at the shooting location. The order asks customers to limit water use to essential purposes while PAW restores the flow to its system, a press release says. The order comes on the heals of operational issues at the Silver Spring treatment plant, causing water storage tanks in the community to run low, putting water service and fire protection at risk.
