PD: West Chester Man Was DUI When He Ran Over Stop Sign, Caused Damage To Home A 28-year-old Chester County man was charged with DUI after police found he was under the influence of alcohol when he crashed, and ran over a stop sign, causing damage to a home in West Chester early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
