Trevor Weigel To Stand Trial For Jaden Battista's Murder: DA The man suspected of stabbing 19-year-old Jaden Battista to death in Lower Makefield now faces a slate of new charges including attempted kidnapping and evading arrest, according to prosecutors.  The Bucks County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday that Trevor Weigel, 23, will stand trial for the Feb. 16 murder.  Weigel, of Churchville, was previously charged with criminal homicide, burglary, possession of an instrument of crime, disorderly conduct, and harassment.  Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. South Jersey Man Tried Luring Detective Posing As Teenage Girl Online, Prosecutor Says A 26-year-old man from South Jersey has been arrested for trying to lure and kidnapping a teenage girl who was actually an undercover detective online, authorities said. Francis Frobose, 26, of Hamilton, was charged with second-degree attempted kidnapping, second-degree attempted luring, second-degree attempted sexual assault and third-degree attempted endangering the welfare of a child, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J.
