Korshak Bagels Closes: More Than Just A Bagel Store A Philadelphia bagel shop recently named among the best in America has closed its doors. Korshak Bagels, located at 1700 S. 10th St., shut its doors for the very last time on Sunday, Sept. 24. Korshak's has been a popular bagel shop in the community for nearly three years, and rarely was without a line out the door.  Its bagels weren't typical: Think chimichurri slaw and ham on rye, and Pastrami, or carrots and beets pickled in this cardamom, mustard seed, black pepper brine.
