Steer Clear: Flooding Closes Roads Across Southeast Pennsylvania Nearly three inches of rain have fallen across southeastern Pennsylvania between Sunday and Monday mornings, Dec. 17 and 18, according to meteorologists at the National Weather Service.  The Mount Holly, New Jersey station reports that flood warnings and areal flood warnings are in effect for parts of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Philadelphia counties through late Monday night, though the rain is expected to "taper off" by midday.  We have a number of Flood Warnings and Flood Advisories in effect, and more are likely to come. Evacuation Orders Issued After Propane Truck Overturns In Bucks County Doylestown residents within 2,000 feet of an overturned propane truck were urged to evacuate their homes Monday morning, Oct. 16.  The truck crashed along Ferry Road near Old Iron Hill Road sometime before 9:45 a.m., according to police.  About an hour later, authorities said the crash had "created a hazardous situation in the area" and everybody within 2,000 was ordered to clear the zone.  "Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in this emergency," said Doylestown police.
