17-Year-Old Killed In Philadelphia Shooting Was Recent High School Grad, Family Says Isya Stanley, a Philadelphian who recently received her high school diploma, was killed in a shooting at Fairmount Park last Friday, June 14, according to police and loved ones. Suspect Charged For 'Execution-Style' Murders In Fairmount Park: Philly PD Authorities have charged 52-year-old Lamar Young with the double murder in Fairmount Park on Feb. 29, Philadelphia police say.  Young is in police custody on two counts of murder, criminal conspiracy, firearms charges, and related offenses, PPD said in a release.  Forty-nine-year-old Thurston Cooper and 38-year-old Krystina Chambers, both of Philadelphia, were found shot to death near 3800 Mount Pleasant Drive, police have said.  Investigators said the possible motive is still unknown.
