Explosive-Detecting Dogs Brought To PA School District As Bomb Threat Causes Massive Evacuation State Police brought eight explosive-detecting dogs to a Pennsylvania school district after the buildings were shut down and evacuated due to a bomb threat on Thursday, Sept. 22, authorities said.
