DUI Driver Missing Tire Led 100+ MPH Police Pursuit In Central PA: Authorities A 31-year-old driver had been drinking when he led police on a 100 mph pursuit, but was tracked down by police who followed the scrape marks from the rim of his car that had lost a tire, they said. A man later identified as Kenneth Pohlit was spotted stumbling around near Grandview Drive and Golf Course Road around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, Carroll Township police said.
