Donn Innes, 68, was heading westbound when he collided with Jeffrey Bates, 31, after speeding off of the westbound lane near milepost 291.9 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, around 12:25 p.m., state police said in a press release. An SUV heading south on Interstate 79 went off the road to the right and exited a ditch line, then came to a rest along the hillside around 6 a.m., the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office said. 55-Year-Old Driver Killed In Northampton Crash: Police One driver is dead after a two-car collision in Northampton County early on Monday, Oct. 31, state police announced.  Just before 5 a.m., a northbound Kia Forte and an eastbound Dodge Ram crashed into each other at the intersection of North Walnut Street and East Northampton Street in Bath, authorities said in a press release.  The driver of the Kia, identified only as a 55-year-old from Nazareth, was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, state police said.  The 37-year-old driving the Dodge was not injured, they added.  Both cars were towed away from the scene…
