The family of a Toms River man has filed a lawsuit claiming he was killed by a supplement known by many as "gas station heroin." The suit, filed on Thursday, Sept. 5 by the family of 32-year-old Matthew Cornier, names Neptune Resources, LLC; Super Chill CBD Products; and Hometown Market. Philadelphia-based law firm Feldman Shepherd announced the legal action in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12. A car plowed into a home in Etters early Thursday morning, Sept. 12, fire officials announced. Firefighters were called to car into a home in the 2300 block of Old Trail Road at 12:36 a.m., according to the Newberry Township Fire Department and York County Department of Emergency Services. The front end of the sedan was inside the home when firefighters arrived, as seen in photos they shared. No injuries were reported. The estimated cost of the damage was unavailable.

One person has died and another is in the hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Lancaster County on early Thursday morning, Sept. 12, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The crash happened at the intersection of North Railroad Avenue and Gristmill Road shortly after midnight, according to LCWC. A coroner was called to the scene and one person was taken to the hospital, dispatched explained. The scene cleared around 4:30 a.m. The crash remains under investigation. A 34-year-old motorcyclist was killed Tuesday, Sept. 10 in a three-vehicle collision in Philadelphia, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at approximately 3 p.m. on Woodhaven Road (Route 63) near Thornton Road, Philadelphia police said.
