Woman Assaults Patient At Hospital In Central PA, Police Say A 35-year-old Dillsburg woman injured a patient at a hospital, police announced on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.  Kelly Lynn Culbert was arrested after officers arrived at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital located at 503 North 21st Street, Camp Hill, and spoke with the victim about the assault around 9:40 a.m. on May 9, 2023, according to the release.  Culbert was charged with aggravated assault charges and held in the Cumberland County Prison after failing to post $5,000 in bail, court records show.
