PD A 56-year-old West Lawn man is accused of killing someone in a neighboring apartment.  Angel Adames is charged with first- and third-degree homicide and related counts, said Spring police in a release.  The shooting happened around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, authorities explained.
