Rocks Found In Trader Joe's Chicken Meal: USDA The USDA has issued a warning to consumers after rocks were found inside a prepackaged chicken meal from Trader Joe's.  The ready-to-eat chicken 14-ounce packages are labeled as "Trader Joe's Chicken, Lentil and Caramelized Onion Pilaf with Saffron Basmati Rice, Dark Chicken Meat, Dates, and Golden Raisins." Recall Issued For Tyson Chicken Nuggets After Metal Pieces Found A recall has been issued for around 30,000 pounds of chicken nuggets after metal pieces were found in the product. Tyson Foods, Inc. says the fully cooked, breaded, shaped chicken patty products were produced at one facility and shipped to distributors in nine states, the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.
