Missing Endangered Person Alert: Man Sought By PA State Police (Developing)
A man is missing the Pennsylvania State Police are asking the public for help finding him, Trooper James Grothey announced on Thursday evening, Oct. 3.
Michael Malloy, 40, of Franklin Township was last seen in the 100 block of Peacedale Road in the township around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, according to a release by PSP Avondale.
Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J, Avondale Station is conducting a missing/endangered persons investigation to locate Malloy.

Vehicular Homicide Charges Filed Against Eastern PA Man: Police
A Warminster man was arrested for vehicular homicide on Thursday, Oct. 3, according to police.
Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested without incident and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill, the Warminster Township Police Department said.
Toth was charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, according to police.
Toth's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 4, according to court documents. Unsecured bail was set at $100,000.

Tyreek Collier, also known as Tyreek Jackson, 28, was arrested from the 6400 block of Charles Street on Wednesday, Oct. 2, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Collier is accused of sexually assaulting a child during a burglary in the 3000 block of Cottman Avenue at 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, police said.
