Shooting-Pursuit Injures PA State Trooper On I-76 Details have been released in a shooting-pursuit on Interstate 76 in Lancaster County that hospitalized a Pennsylvania State Trooper on Friday, April 15. Two troopers pulled over two SUVs, one black and one white, around 11:35 p.m. near mile maker 273.2 east in Elizabeth Township, Trooper Kevin Kochka said.
