A 78-year-old man died at the scene of a crash involving a military tactical vehicle on a Pennsylvania highway on Wednesday morning, authorities say. The unidentified man had pulled his vehicle in front of the military vehicle at the intersection of State Route 879/Clearfield Curwensville Highway and Spruce Street on Dec. 21 around 9 a.m., area police say. A 33-year-old woman who died in a crash into a tractor-trailer on Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania left a sad post on Facebook the day before she passed. Brandi Lynn Rapp, of Clarion, died from blunt force trauma injuries when the vehicle she was riding in collided with a tractor-trailer on Friday, Nov. 18, according to the Clearfield County coroner's office. Two tractor-trailers crashed on Route 30 on Wednesday, Oct. 19, authorities said.
