40 Graves Damaged At Central Pennsylvania Cemetery: Police
Approximately 40 grave markers were knocked over, many of which were destroyed in a central Pennsylvania cemetery on Saturday, September 10, police say. The vandalism happened at the Starview Union Cemetery in the first block of Codorus Furnace Road in East Manchester Township, according to York County Regional police. The police believe the damage happened on Saturday evening. Anyone with information is asked to call York County Regional police at 717-747-0716 ext 134, or submit a tip through CrimeWatch.

Mourners were saying their final goodbyes to a beloved Bergen County grandmother when, at the last instant, the graveside service was abruptly halted. It turns out the body of the 93-year-old Korean woman whose death they were mourning in a Westchester cemetery had been left back at the funeral home in New Jersey. Cemetery Chase By PA Police From Multiple Counties Catches Wanted Man
A man on probation, who was wanted in Dauphin County has been arrested after a chase through a Cumberland County cemetery on Apr. 22, police say. Troy Deandre Reid, 26, of Penbrook was working at a Cumberland County cemetery in the 1800 block of Carlisle Road when he sent police on a foot chase around 2 p.m., according to a release by Lower Allen Township police. They wanted to serve their arrest warrants when Reid first took off in a utility vehicle "before bailing and fleeing on foot," as stated in the release.
