Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested without incident and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill, the Warminster Township Police Department said. Toth was charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, according to police. Toth's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 4, according to court documents. Unsecured bail was set at $100,000.
