Emmaus Man Killed On Route 378 Crash In Bethlehem: Coroner One man is dead after his car hit a tractor-trailer on Route 378 in Bethlehem on Monday night, Jan. 29, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  The crash happened in the northbound lanes just south of Route 22 around 10:15 p.m., officials said.  Ricardo Lee, 40, of Emmaus, was taken to the emergency department at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg and died from multiple blunt force injuries, the coroner said. His death was ruled accidental.  Bethlehem police are also investigating the crash, officials added.

Burglar Swiped $9K From Lehigh Valley Restaurant, Police Say A hooded thief broke into a Lower Saucon restaurant to steal thousands of dollars, according to authorities.  The burglar broke a window and made his way inside Plaza Azteca on Route 378 around 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, investigators said.  Police said he forced his way into the back office and took about $9,000 in cash before leaving.
