A Philadelphia woman has been charged with killing another teenager after running a red light and crashing a stolen vehicle in Montgomery County, authorities said. Asiyah Sara Mowatt-Mays, 18, was charged with homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle, receiving stolen property and other charges related to the July 29 crash that killed a 15-year-old boy and injured two others, authorities said. A pedestrian died on Tuesday afternoon, June 18 after being struck by a driver in Norristown, police say. The victim was hit at West Main and Stanbridge streets just before noon and pronounced dead at the hospital an hour later, said city officials. Authorities did not report his name.
