Domestic Violence Suspect Assaults Nurses, Doctors In Bucks County: Authorities A Bucks County inmate who was suspected of assault now faces additional charges, after police say he attacked medical personnel.  Police in Penndel Borough had already issued an arrest warrant for Alexander R. Werts, 39, when he was spotted at an area shopping plaza on Feb. 20, the department said in a release.  He was taken into custody and booked at the Penndel Police Headquarters, authorities said.
