Rashad Basil Young Jr., 25, was performing a wheelie with the dirt bike when he crashed into a black 2024 Genesis in the 5200 block of Spruce Street at 8:16 p.m., police said. Chop Doctor Killed In Philadelphia Crash The bicyclist who died in a crash on Wednesday, July 17, was a doctor at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, according to police and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia website.  Barbara Ann Friedes, 30, was struck from behind by a 2018 Volkswagen on the 1800 block of Spruce Street around 7 p.m., Philadelphia police wrote in a release.  The Volkswagen then hit three parked cars before coming to a rest, police continued.
