Wheelchair Shattered In Fatal Hit-And-Run: Philadelphia Police A woman killed in a hit-and-run crash was struck hard enough that the wheelchair she was in shattered into multiple pieces, Philadelphia police said. The crash happened in the 2200 block of Reservoir Drive at 1:46 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The woman, who was reported to be in a wheelchair, was struck with enough force to throw her across the road and shatter her wheelchair into multiple pieces, police said.
