NJ Man ID'd In Fatal Triple Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-81 In Lebanon: PSP The man who died after three tractor-trailers crashed on Interstate 81 on Saturday morning, Aug. 3, has been identified by the Pennsylvania State Police  Adrian Jemmott, 31 of Trenton, New Jersey died at the scene of the triple tractor-trailer crash, PSP Jonestown Investigator Ryan Schuetrumpf detailed in the release on Aug. 4.  The crash happened at mile marker 87.5 on I-81 North around 4:15 a.m., Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler initially told us. 1 Hospitalized After Two Tractor-Trailers Collided On I-81 In Lebanon: PennDOT (Photos) Two tractor-trailers collided on Interstate 81 sending one person to the hospital, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  The crash happened on I-81 South at mile marker 93 in Swatara Township shortly after 4 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, as detailed by Schreffler.  There was "heavy entrapment" and one of the tractor-trailers rolled over, Schreffler explained.
