FL Man Who Voted In Multiple PA Counties Sentenced: Usdoj
A Montgomery County man who registered and voted in multiple Pennsylvania counties and Florida has been sentenced for election fraud, federal authorities announced on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025.
Philip C. Pulley, 62, of Huntington Valley, was sentenced to three years of probation, 100 hours of community service—including 50 hours with an organization promoting free and fair elections—a \$9,500 fine, and a \$400 special assessment by Chief United States District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg, according to U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero.

Former State College Psychologist Groomed, Sexually Assaulted Girl For Years: AG
A former State College-area psychologist groomed and sexually assaulted a young girl over an eight-year period, Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry announced on Thursday, Dec. 19.
Richard Lenhart, 63, of Bellefonte, used his position of trust to target the victim, sexually abusing her between 2005 and 2013 in the State College area, according to the Attorney General's office.
The victim testified during the trial that Lenhart began grooming her at a young age before subjecting her to repeated acts of sexual assault, including rape and indecent assault, the release states.

A Philadelphia-area drug boss and 19 other members of a trafficking organization were arrested in a large-scale drug bust, authorities said in a Tuesday, Nov. 19 news release.
Anthony “Bang” Blake, 45, of Philadelphia, and 19 others are facing various drug trafficking charges after dozens of search warrants were executed in the Philadelphia area and parts of New Jersey in early November, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office news release states.

Trio Steals Thousands Of Dollars Of Beef From Tractor Trailer: PA AG
Three Philadelphia men were arrested as they were stealing 1,600 pounds of beef from a locked trailer in the city, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.
Douglas Mathis, 36; Jamir Scott, 25; and Tariq Duncan, 31, were seen Tuesday, September 24, 2024, wearing dark clothing and masks while breaking a lock on a trailer in the 7300 block of Edmund Street, the Attorney General's Office said. They were carrying 25 cases of beef valued at $7,000 from the trailer to their van.
Mathis, Scott, and Duncan were arraigned Sept. 24 with bail set at $200,000 each.

Infant, Toddler Porn Found At Mechanicsburg Man's Home, Police Say
While investigating "infant, toddler, and pre-pubescent child pornography being distributed on a social media platform," police found that type of porn at a 21-year-old Mechanicsburg man's home.
Connor Waterman of the 2100 block Merrimac Avenue, was found 'in possession of several images and videos depicting child porn," during a warranted search on Feb. 2, 2023, according to a release by Upper Allen Township police.
