Tree Crashing Onto Pick-Up Kills Driver, Cumberland County Coroner Says
A tree falling onto a pick-up truck during Tuesday's storm has left one person dead, according to the Cumberland County Coroner Charley Hall. Bruce Alan Beinhaur, 58 of Dauphin died at the scene in Mechanicsburg at 1:37 p.m. on Jan. 9, Hall detailed. Hampden Township Police had been called to a report of "a traffic collision with injuries" in the 600 block of Good Hope Road, as stated in a separate police release. $360K Of THC Heading To NJ From California Seized At Warehouse PA: Authorities
More than $360,000 worth of THC products were seized from a warehouse in Pennsylvania on Thursday, April 27, 2023. The marijuana products were heading to New Jersey from California, according to a release by the Hampden Township Police Department the day after the seizure. The pallet of marijuana products included over 900 pounds of THC oils, THC-infused edibles, and smoking devices, according to the release. 11 'Johns' Arrested In Sex Trafficking Operation In Central PA
11 "Johns" from 9 different parts of Pennsylvania were arrested in a joint Human Trafficking Investigation with the Pennsylvania State Police, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department, the Hampden Township Police Department, and the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office. A 13-year-old boy was struck dead while riding a scooter across Carlisle Pike on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, according to a release by the Cumberland County Coroner’s Office the following day.
