Eagles Fan, Dad Of 3 Killed In Plymouth Crash, Funeral Attendees Urged To Wear Team Gear
A father of three with a deep love for his family and passion for life was tragically killed in a crash in Plymouth Township on Monday, Dec. 2, police said. Geoffrey Blaine, 40, of West Chester, lost his life after his work truck veered off the roadway on the 400 block of Township Line Road at 12:25 p.m., Plymouth Township police said in a release. The vehicle struck a telephone pole, a split-rail fence, and a tree before coming to rest. Blaine was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol Unit. Christopher J. Lenegan, of Marlton, died suddenly on Sunday, April 28 at home, according to an obituary published by Bradley Funeral Home. He was 30 years old. The Philadelphia native's life "was one marked by love, kindness, and a warm spirit that drew people to him," his obit said. Christopher was a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Church. More than 50 years after she was beaten to death, Alice Swope's killer eludes police. The 82-year-old was found beaten to death in her Dark Hollow Road home in Pipersville on Jan. 25, 1968, according to state troopers.
