Nassau County Museum Of Art Opens "Influence And Identity" March 21
The Nassau County Museum of Art will open a new portrait photography exhibition at the Historic Frick Estate in Roslyn Harbor on Saturday, March 21, with the run continuing through July 12, 2026.
The show, “Influence and Identity | Twentieth Century Portrait Photography from the Bank of America Collection,” looks at how portrait images helped shape ideas of celebrity, power, and public identity in the early through mid-twentieth century.

$190M Sale Of 292-Unit Luxury Long Island Complex Marks Major Deal
A 292-unit luxury residential community in on Long Island has sold for $190 million.
JLL Capital Markets secured the sale of The Arboretum, located at 20 Maple Ln. in Farmingville, according to a release from the company issued Monday, March 2.
The buyer was an affiliate of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., with Matthew Tice, senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC, facilitating the purchase on behalf of the Inland affiliate. JLL represented the seller, BRP Companies, in the transaction, officials said.
