Gary Shames, of Mahopac, was arrested following an investigation into a possible motor vehicle crash in Yorktown on Friday, Jan. 31, around 6:20 p.m., the Yorktown Police Department said on Monday, Feb. 3. Putnam Man Arrested On Outstanding Warrant A 28-year-old man has been arrested on an outstanding warrant, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, Honorable Gina Capone authorized and signed a warrant for the arrest of Richard Lennox of Lake Peekskill. The charges include third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (a misdemeanor) as well as two traffic infractions.
