Trio Accused Of Selling Illegally Flavored Vape Products At Long Island Smoke Shop Three men are facing charges following a narcotics investigation conducted at a Long Island business. The joint investigation with Criminal Intelligence Rapid Response Team (CIRRT) was conducted at Evolve Smoke Shop located on Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville on Thursday, March 11 at 9:45 p.m. It was determined Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and illegal flavored vape products were being sold, Nassau County Police said.
