Clifton Man Kills Elmwood Park Motorist During Intersection Altercation: Prosecutor A Clifton man has been charged with murder following the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old Elmwood Park man at an intersection late Friday, Dec. 20, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes announced.
