Officers responding to reports of shots fired near Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue found the three victims around 10 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Update: Three Arrested In Slaying Of Jersey City Teen Three people have been charged in the murder of Jayden Fodeur, a 17-year-old shot and killed near his Jersey City home last year, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday evening.  Isaiah Huggins, 19, and Rayquan Carmichael, 18, have both been charged with murder and weapons offenses.
