Peter Janke, of Chester, rear-ended a garbage truck on Route 206 in Mount Olive early Wednesday, Dec. 18 in Morris County, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. NY Giants QB Daniel Jones' request to be released by the team has been granted, ESPN reports. Jones, who was drafted in the first round with the sixth overall pick in 2019, was benched during the Giants' bye week and later took responsibility for not producing more wins, the outlet reported. New Jersey's Tommy DeVito will make his season debut this Sunday, Nov. 24 when the Giants face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
