Carrie Ann Rafuse, 25, of Middletown, suddenly died on Wednesday, Oct. 13, according to her obituary. The fire broke out at 10 Irving St., and spread to a nearby home around 3 a.m. As firefighters were arriving, an energized power line fell on their truck, ABC7 reports.
