Corrections Officers Smuggled Drugs, Knives Into Fort Dix: Feds
Two corrections officers have been charged with helping to smuggle contraband into Fort Dix, authorities announced Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Corrections officers Cameron Paige, a 43-year-old Cinnaminson resident, and Ian Dennis, a 32-year-old Philadelphia resident, helped provide contraband to the prison. Joe Lee McQuay, 48 and Keith Navarro Palmer, 41, two federal prisoners, are also charged for their involvement in the scheme, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazier said. Eden Germain, a 27-year-old Delran resident, is also charged.

Motorcyclist Killed In Crash: Hamilton PD
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Hamilton on Tuesday, Sept. 15, authorities said.
At 2:39 p.m., authorities responded to Whitehouse-Mercerville Road and Kuser Road after a 2003 GMC pickup trick driven by a Hamilton Township resident was exiting the parking lot of a shopping center when it collided with a 1997 Yamaha motorcycle traveling northbound, Hamilton police said.
The motorcyclist, Justin Morell, an Allentown, New Jersey resident, was pronounced dead at Capital Health Regional Medical Center, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.

A man killed his sister before turning the gun on himself in Pennsauken on Wednesday, Sept. 16, authorities said.
At 9:01 a.m., Pennsauken police responded to the 4400 block of Bethel Avenue and located Janet Camacho, a 59-year-old Pennsauken resident, Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay and Pennsauken Police Chief Phil Olivo said. She was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead soon after, authorities said.

Isaiah Thomas, 20, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 15 on two animal cruelty charges, the Suffolk County SPCA said.

An Atlantic City man pleaded guilty to possessing drugs and guns, authorities announced Tuesday, Sept. 15.
Trevon Drinks pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, and certain persons not to possess weapons, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
