Two women were killed and two others injured in a crash involving a tractor-trailer and two vehicles on the Garden State Parkway in Ocean County Saturday night, Oct. 24, New Jersey State Police confirmed.
At 9:42 p.m., Caryn J. Coon, a 22-year-old Forked River resident, and Lauren Maturo, a 32-year-old Syosset, NY, were pronounced dead following the crash in Toms River, Christopher Postorino said, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
