Mom Sues NJ Strip Club, Driver After 26-Year-Old Son Dies In Hit-Run
A New Jersey mother is suing a strip club and the driver accused of fatally striking her 26-year-old son, claiming the club continued serving the motorist alcohol before the deadly crash in August 2024, court records show.
Jeannette Consoro Green, acting on behalf of the estate of her son, Matthew Flores, of Ridgefield Park, filed the wrongful-death lawsuit (attached at the bottom of this news article) in Passaic County Superior Court against Edinson Polo Jr., Silk Gentlemen's Club, and several businesses and individuals associated with the club and nearby parking areas on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
