Man Accused Of Setting Two Vehicles On Fire In Bayonne A 40-year-old Bayonne man was arrested Saturday on a charge of arson, police said.  Jamil J. Golson, 40, was taken into custody at 19th Street and Avenue C on a warrant issued in connection with a fire Sept. 19.  Around 2 a.m. that morning, the Bayonne Fire Department found two vehicles engulfed in flames at 27th and Broadway. After putting the fire out, investigators determined that cardboard boxes nearby had been set alight and the fire spread to the parked vehicles.  Police investigators identified Golson as the person who started the fire.
