Police: Westchester Man Used Ax To Take Entire Holiday Tip From Co-Worker A 54-year-old Northern Westchester man used an ax to forcibly take an entire holiday tip given by a customer that was intended to be divided between the two co-workers. At approximately 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13, state police troopers from the Cortlandt barracks were dispatched to Oscawana Lake Road in the town of Putnam Valley for a report of menacing with a weapon.  An investigation determined $30 was given to Peekskill resident Sean S.
