State Police Issue Alert For Wanted Woman A 32-year-old woman is wanted by New York State Police in the Hudson Valley after being busted with heroin and cocaine during a traffic stop, investigators said. Ivelisse Dickens is wanted by New York State Police in Montgomery and the Orange County Court following her arrest for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Man Who Allegedly Videotaped Galleria Mall Co-Worker Undressing In Fitting Room Indicted A 28-year-old former employee at a children’s store in the area has been indicted for allegedly filming a co-worker who was undressing in a fitting room. Jose Munoz of Middletown was arraigned on three counts of felony second-degree unlawful surveillance. Munoz pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday, Nov. 15 in Orange County Court. The incident took place on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at The Children’s Place location in the Galleria Mall at Crystal Run in Middletown, state police said. Hudson Valley Contractor Admits To Defrauding Customers Of $175,000 An area contractor is facing potential prison time and his corporation has agreed to pay back $175,000 for defrauding property owners who hired him to construct homes on their property. Goshen resident Charles Neustadt, 63, and JC Builders, Inc. pleaded guilty to felonies this week in Orange County Court. Neustadt pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny and theft of services. His business pleaded guilty to felony charges of grand larceny and scheme to defraud.
