Police Investigating Possible Luring Incident Involving Young Student In Westchester
Authorities are investigating after a man allegedly lured a young student into his yard in Northern Westchester and inappropriately touched the child, police said. The incident happened on Monday afternoon, April 17, when police in Ossining were called to a location on Dale Avenue where the student had been approached by an adult male, according to a joint statement released by Ossining Police Chief Kevin Sylvester and Ossining Union Free School District Superintendent Raymond Sanchez.
