Young Boy Hospitalized After Being Hit By Car In Westchester County A 13-year-old boy was sent to the hospital after he was hit by a car while crossing a street in Northern Westchester.  On Tuesday, Jan. 10, around 3:30 p.m., police in Peekskill responded to the 500 block of North Division Street between Constant Avenue and Phoenix Avenue, where the boy was struck by a grey Honda Civic driven by a Cortlandt Manor resident, according to Lt. Westchester Man Arrested For Attack With Box Cutter, Police Say A 33-year-old Westchester man was arrested for allegedly attacking another man with a box cutter. The attack took place at 2:20 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, on North Division Street, said City of Peekskill Police Lt. Jack Galusha. According to Galusha, officers responded to the area for a report of an assault with a knife and found a victim had been slashed with a box cutter. Arriving officers stopped John Rutledge, 33, of Peekskill, who matched a description as he was walking away from the nearby scene, Galusha said.
