Police Increase Presence At Schools Amid Social Media Concerns In Hastings-On-Hudson Police in a Westchester County village have increased their presence at local schools in response to concerns on social media.  The Hastings-on-Hudson Police Department announced the enhanced security measures in a statement from Chief David A.
