The complex's property manager reported on Jan. 10 that the slashings occurred while the cars were parked overnight in employee spaces. The manager also reported that a broken TV set was removed from the complex's dumpster and thrown on the ground in front of the complex's office door.

- A South Broadway resident reported that her son's iPhone was stolen by a classmate at Washington Irving Intermediate School on Jan. 9. The classmate later returned the phone to the mother.
- Julio Quechol, 41, and Maria Cuautle, 34, were charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, for allegedly attacking someone with a chain on North Broadway on Jan. 9.
- A White Plains Road resident reported on Jan. 8 that someone had used her debit card to charge $107 on iTunes.
- A cement truck driver was taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital after his truck began leaking fuel on Lake Terrace on Jan. 8.
- Two teenagers reported they were attacked by another group of teens on North Broadway on Jan. 7.
- Sharon Pickett, 55, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, after a 9-1-1 caller reported a motorist was driving erratically on Route 9 near the Sleepy Hollow-Tarrytown border on Jan. 7.
- A man was taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital after he drove into a house on Baylis Court on Jan. 7.
